2014 OluKai Ho'olaule'a

6th Annual OluKai Ho'olaule'a

May 10-11, 2014  l  Kanaha Beach Park, Maui   l  Maliko Downwind Run

A Celebration of the Ocean and the Cultures That Surround It

Ho’olaule’a - literally, it means “celebration”.  For OluKai it’s also an expression of gratitude and each Maythey hold our interpretation of this storied Hawaiian tradition on Maui’s north shore. The event blends elite competition with family-friendly cultural activities and gathers some of the world’s best SUP and OC1 paddlers to race the legendary 8-mile Maliko downwind run. Friends and families come together to enjoy canoe sailing and surfing, ancient Hawaiian games, traditional luau, hula and live music.  It is also and opportunity to recognize and honor the OluKai 'Ohana Giveback partners, as the community shares collective gifts of time, energy and spirit.

For additional information, including a Schedule of Events, visit the Olukai website. Register online by May 8th (midnight PST) to receive the premium race package (Sandals, Race Jersey and Luau Ticket).  On-site registration is available (includes Race Jersey and Luau ticket).
